  • RSOE: Coastal Warning Light Current Consumption Analyzer Module
    • This device was designed to measure the current consumption of special coastal warning light modules. Different parameters are evaluated by analyzing the recorded data, like steady-state or turn-on behaviour during the transient state, to get information for preventive maintenance purposes. The device can be mounted on a DIN rail in 4-module width. The hardware functionalities were separated into two PCBs to fit into the standard DIN rail device enclosure. An external Hall-sensor based module was also designed as an accessory for the main module to ensure maximum compatibility with a variety of coastal warning lights.
  • Elevake: Driver modules for elevator display and button
    • This device is a bridge module to connect the HMI buttons, display(s) to the elevator’s CAN bus. Our software observes the telemetry data on the CAN bus and controls the display accordingly. Furthermore, if there is an incoming command from a button, it is forwarded by the bridge module to the CAN bus.
  • OBD-Sentinel for Cars/Trucks:

A combined HW/SW solution for monitoring, analyzing real-time data through OBD ports on modern vehicles. The device can provide real-time data related to important vehicle parameters (oil temperature, pressure, coolant temperature, DPF status and other standard OBD-PID standard data). The system consists of a standard Wi-Fi enabled OBD scanner and an endpoint device that contains an LCD display and an RGB LED. The endpoint device connects to the OBD scanner via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Hence, no cabling inside the vehicle is required, for effortless installation. The system is capable of handling other I2C based sensors and displaying their data on the device display. This is especially helpful for aftermarket sensor attachments used for the vehicle.
Application areas: fleet-tracking, planned maintenance estimation, driver habit analysis, vehicle degradation estimation, driver information systems.
